The Design Roundup is a collection of our favorite designs we’ve come across lately. This time we have great designs from CodeIgniter, MailChimp, and Squarespace.
CodeIgniter
http://codeigniter.com – At Blue Ember Design, CodeIgniter is our MVC of choice when building custom web application. Not only does EllisLabs offer great software, their site design is great too. We love the reds and oranges as well as the clear presentation of their message.
MailChimp

http://www.mailchimp.com – While Blue Ember Design does offer our own email marketing services, MailChimp cannot go without recognition. Their site is clear and easy to use. Also, their mascot is well illustrated and they have a great sense of humor.
Squarespace

http://www.squarespace.com – Squarespace is a nice tool for blogging or can even be used as a CMS. Their website is just so sleek. Great use of typography and we love just how crisp every part of the design feels. Two thumbs up!
The Design Roundup is a collection of our favorite designs we’ve come across lately. This time we have great designs from The Sold Project, Overcommited Apps, and WeFollow.
The Sold Project

http://www.thesoldproject.com/ – The Sold Project is a non-profit organization focused on stopping child prostitution before it starts. We love the use of texture to create a natural, organic feel. This design was executed by Noah Stokes.
Ember: Campfire for the iPhone

http://overcommittedapps.com/ember/ – For those that use 37Signals products, Campfire is among the best. Overcommited designed this beautiful application to bring Campfire to the iPhone. Just an all around great design for the web as well as the iPhone.
WeFollow

http://wefollow.com/ – Twitter is all the craze, but it can be difficult to find people to follow. WeFollow is a Twitter directory used to find people based on categories which they represent. A very simple, clean design that elegantly organizes a considerable number of categories and Twitter users.
The Design Roundup is a collection of our favorite designs we’ve come across lately. This time we have great designs from Armstrong Family Circus, Hobnox, and FMYI.
Armstrong Family Circus

http://armstrongcircus.com/ – The Armstong Family Circus is the creation of Paul Armstrong with Wise Acre Design Studio. We are particularly impressed with the masterful use of white space and muted tones in this design.
Hoxnox – Audio Tool

http://www.hobnox.com/ – Hobnox’s audio tool has an amazingly realistic and clean design. This tool is Adobe Flash-based and created to make virtual electronic music on-the-fly. Lots of fun and very easy on the eyes. Enjoy!
FMYI – For My Innovation

http://www.fmyi.com/ – FMYI is an online social workspace for collaboration. We particularly liked the bright colors and keen sense of user experience in this design by Pixel Matrix Design.
